Before joining Turken, Heath & McCauley, LLP, Kyle practiced at a large, national litigation firm and has over seven years’ experience in various areas of litigation including medical malpractice law, general liability, premises liability, legal malpractice law, products liability and labor law. In addition to handling depositions, appearing at court conferences and arguing motions, Kyle, now a senior associate, is a talented legal writer, thorough legal and medical researcher, and dogged online investigator. He began his legal career with a judicial internship for the Honorable David Klein and the Honorable David Zuckerman in the Westchester County Family Court, in White Plains, New York.
Kyle graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013, where he was an associate editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, and a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and Cyber Law Club. He graduated from Vassar College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology and Society. He was the founder and vice president of the Vassar chapter of the Society of Physics Students, a member of the varsity squash team, and founder and president of the ballroom dance club.
Kyle is admitted to practice law in the New York State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
